An Empirical Investigation of the Continued Usage Intention of Digital Wallets: The Moderating Role of Perceived Technological Innovativeness

Abstract The paper examines the constructs that instigate users to adopt digital wallets and continued usage behavior in a developing country perspective, Bangladesh. researcher used cross-sectional design collect primary data using self-administered questionnaire. population consisted of youth, precisely 18–35, who are tech-savvy knowledgeable about new technology. study followed nonprobability purposive sampling technique, 330 responses were collected through structured questionnaire survey. In direct path analysis, findings revealed perceived usefulness, ease use, compatibility, insecurity, behavioral intention found significant relationships among supported proposed hypotheses. Moreover, indirect analysis personal innovativeness social influence no did not justify Users' partially mediates innovativeness, influence, except compatibility. suggested technological support hypothesis. incorporated this have hardly been existing literature, researchers shed light on unexplored research area. results, implications, limitations discussed.
